Our staff includes:

Dr. Ali Hassan, MD, MS, FACEP                      Emergency Medicine

Dr. Hassan graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2001 and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital.  He is currently on staff at Sinai Grace and Detroit Receiving Hospitals and is the Chief of the Emergency Department at DMC Surgery Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan.  He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the Clinical Advisory Group of Emergency Medicine at Medical Center Emergency Services. An excellent teacher and physician, Dr. Hassan has been an Associate Professor at the Wayne State University Medical School since 2004 and enjoys working with residents teaching ACLS, Airway Management, and Orthopedic and Ocular Emergencies.

 

Dr. Anoop Majjhoo, MD                                      Emergency and Internal Medicine

Dr. Majjhoo graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2001, and completed an Internal Medicine residency in 2004, and an Emergency Medicine Residency in 2008 at Detroit Receiving Hospital.  He is currently on staff at Medical Center Emergency Services serving the Metro Detroit DMC hospital system.  He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine. Dr. Majjhoo served as Chief Medical Resident at Detroit Receiving from 2004-2005 and was recognized for excellence in teaching.  He has continued to serve as Assistant Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University.

 

Dr. Bill Bahu, MD, FACEP                                Emergency Medicine

Dr. Bahu graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2000 and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Sinai-Grace Hospital.  He is currently on staff at Medical Center Emergency Services serving the Metro Detroit DMC hospital system.  He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Graduating in the top 1/3 of his class, with honors in Family Practice and a Scholastic Commendation in Internal Medicine, Dr. Bahu enjoys teaching and has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University Medical School since 2005.
